What you will get to do:

The Provider Contract Analyst is responsible for ensuring that each provider contract and associated documents are accurate and completed in a timely manner. This is accomplished through review, research, and the maintenance of template documents for Medica, SelectCare and Patient Choice that are prepared by the Medica’s Legal Department. The Provider Contract Analyst will manage, update and maintain online and physical document filing systems, manage shared central mailbox for receiving, assigning and filing requests to and from providers and ensure all systems are updated with the appropriate contract information.  The Contract Analyst is also ensures the contract document flows through the entire signature process. 

The Provider Contract Analyst will interact with all levels of employees in the department. Internal and external department contacts include but not limited to Providers, Provider Network and Operations, Legal, Provider Finance, Network Management, Provider Service Center, Reimbursement team, and the Payment Intent team.

Ensuring accuracy of provider contracts is a critical success factor in accurate and timely claims payment. The Provider Contract Analyst role is fundamental to that accuracy.



  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Major:Business Administration, Health Care
  • 1+ years of experience - Provider Contracts, Expansion Contracts
  • Heavy Data Entry, Filing, Mail Merges, Formatting Contracts,

  • Experience with provider contracts
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • PC Proficient, including excellent skills with Microsoft Word is required
  • Maintain regularly assigned work schedule.
